These Conditions describe the terms applicable to the services and contents offered through the website https://araimotorsport.es and regulate the legal relations between Auto Fashion Brands, S.L. and the client.

Access to the website is free and free of charge, the use of the Web implies unreserved acceptance of all the Terms of Use. If you do not agree with these conditions you must refrain from using this site.

The visit to the eCommerce site by the user must be done responsibly and in accordance with current legislation, good faith, these Conditions and respecting the rights of intellectual and industrial property owned by Auto Fashion Brands or any other natural or legal persons.

The use of any of the contents of the website for purposes that are or may be unlawful is strictly prohibited, as well as the performance of any action that causes or may cause damage or alterations of any kind not consented to by Auto Fashion Brands, the eCommerce site or its contents.

The website and the products and services offered by Auto Fashion Brands, S.L. is aimed at adults with sufficient legal capacity to be bound by these Terms of Use. It is possible that the use of certain services or the contracting of some goods or services may be subject to special complementary conditions that will require express consent and that will prevail in all cases over these general conditions.

The use of the services provided by Auto Fashion Brands, S.L. and the purchase on the Web requires registration as a user on the Web. Once you have placed an order, you will receive a message confirming receipt of your order as well as shipping and billing information about your order.

Payment method

The purchase of services or products through https://araimotorsport.es allows the following forms of payment:

  • Payment by debit or credit card through a virtual POS.
  • Payment by bank transfer.
  • Payment by Paypal.

Prices and taxes

The prices of our products are subject to change without notice.

The prices of the products are those indicated in the attached description. All prices indicated in the product description are expressed in Euro currency (€) and include Value Added Tax (VAT).

The V.A.T. of 21% for the country where our shop is located (Spain) is shown in the shop. For buyers from European Union countries at the time of entering your billing address will be established V.A.T. based on the percentage that is established in your country. This may result in a small increase or decrease in the final purchase price in your shopping cart. 

For customers outside the EU, V.A.T. is automatically deducted. Once you have entered your address in the order summary you will see the price excluding VAT before you complete your order.

Please note that from the moment you purchase a product from outside the European Union (EU) you become an importer and are subject to the payment of any customs duties, excise duties or value added taxes applicable in your country. Goods may be detained by customs authorities pending payment of the relevant taxes.

Please note that customs charges must be paid by you and that we cannot change the product values on the shipping label.

Shipping conditions

https://araimotorsport.es we ship to almost any country in the world. Due to current variations in shipping costs it is possible that when you reach the final step of your shopping cart we may not be able to automatically offer you a cost. Please contact us so that we can offer you a personalised and more economical shipping option without any obligation.

The purchase is subject to the payment of shipping costs, to be paid by the buyer, except for discounts or specific offers. The shipping costs will depend on the destination, weight, volume and the total amount of the order, the costs will be detailed once you have entered your delivery address and you will be able to check them before finalising the purchase.

https://araimotorsport.es will not be responsible for delays in the delivery of orders for reasons not attributable to it, as well as fortuitous cases or force majeure.

We currently have the following transport options available

  • Spain: GLS, SEUR or Zeleris. Deliveries are normally made within 24-48 hours.
  • EU countries, European countries and UK: Companies GLS, UPS or TNT.
  • For the rest of the countries we work with the company FedEx or we can look for a personalised transport for you.

Guarantee for consumer goods

As a customer, you are considered a consumer in accordance with Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of 16 November, which approves the revised text of the General Law for the Defence of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws (hereinafter, "TRLGDCU").

Consequently, you have the right to withdraw from the contract without having to justify your decision within fourteen (14) calendar days from receipt of the purchased good or from the conclusion of the contract in the case of a service provision.

You must state your intention to withdraw from the contract within the period indicated and return the product, reimbursing the price paid.

In case of problems with products or services purchased on this website you can file a complaint through the platform for dispute resolution of the European Union here. Auto Fashion Brands reserves the right to refuse to accept the complaint submitted through the platform.

Invalidity and ineffectiveness of clauses

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is declared wholly or partially invalid or unenforceable, such invalidity or unenforceability shall only affect that provision and these Terms and Conditions shall survive in all other respects, such provision being deemed not to be included.

Applicable law and competent jurisdiction

These conditions are governed in accordance with Spanish law. Auto Fashion Brands and the user agree to submit any disputes that may arise in connection with the procurement of products or services covered by these General Conditions, to the Courts and Tribunals of the User's domicile.
